The author of the newly released novel "She Jesus," Cork Millner has authored award-winning theatrical plays, a few struggling screenplays, fifteen nonfiction books, and five novels, the first of which, "Polo Wives," was accepted for publication in 2001 by Time Warner iPublish.  More recently, in 2008, Cork was contracted by AdamsMedia to write the nonfiction book, "The Everything Shakespeare Book", 2nd Edition.  In addition, he has sold over 400 magazine articles on travel, wine, and celebrities to publications such as Playboy, Seventeen, Los Angeles Times, The Saturday Evening Post, Travel, Vintage, The Military Officer, Writer's Digest, The Writer, and Santa Barbara Magazine.

Before he wrote professionally, Cork was a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier pilot.  After 20 years (and 850 carrier landings) he retired because, as he aptly explains ...“I was terrified.”
